Bryce Shepherd ‘'kick-starts'' the Coldspring Trojans Offense to bring home a 20 to 3 win and secure a coveted place in the Texas UIL Playoff bracket. I will talk more on the fantastic catch in just a moment.

Well one thing you can say about this last week the Coldspring Trojans did not win or loose, they had a bye. However: get ready for the game of the district 22-AAA. And what game would that be…? It is the next game on the schedule, Coldspring-Oakhurst VS Huffman-Hargrave.

Last years “rookie quarterback”, Alfred Scott, is no rookie this year. He has been working hard at adding the passing attack to his arsenal. Oh, and he is also a Junior. So look for this threat to continue for some time now.

At The Goal Line by Charles Ballard Coldspring rolls over Splendora 67 to 0. Well after the Battle of San Jacinto County” what do the football fans of San Jacinto County have to look forward to? Although; district 22-AAA is now half way through the pre-district and district play, you can mark my words that it is not on the downward fall. Do you remember last year about this time many were wondering just how far the Trojans would go? I made the comment you had better have your Christmas shopping ......
